Extended Stay America Suites - Chesapeake - Crossways Blvd

I love the stay, and I love Brandi she was here with my family and I until 11pm. with her staff making mistakes, she drove back here to help us and did not ask us for nothing. I'm choosing to do the review because shedeserves to be celebrated fir real customer service. She was teaching her staffing person how to fix things and help guest bettering a fun way.

But the rooms were nice and comfortable and had plenty of parking place and it is a good location close to the interstate also and restaurants

I go every week if i could afford it i would live there Michelle makes me feel very comfortable and at home and she makes sure im on the lower floor cause me and steps dont get along

Location was good. People standing around outside was kind of weird but other than that it was fine.

It was clean and so comfortable in that bed. Had everything I needed and in a great area with restaurants and shopping areas.
